Warranty Policy

Order Cancellation & Exchange

  • Cancellations: Orders cancelled after warehouse pickup but before shipping will incur a 25% processing fee.
  • Exchanges: a 25% processing fee applies to any exchange before the order ships.

Return Policy

  • Unassembled Cabinets: Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items will be inspected before approval. Unassembled cabinets cannot be exchanged if the customer has assembled them.
  • Assembled Cabinets: Cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Damage Claims:
  1. Interior Box Damage: Must be reported with photos within 3 days of pickup.
  2. Shipping Damage/Missing Items: Must be reported with photos within 5 days of receipt.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days after inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: May apply for used or damaged items.
  • Shipping Fees: Non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or defective.

Warranty

  • Cabinet Hinges: All cabinets come with a 5-year warranty on hinges.
  • Inspection: Inspect all products immediately upon receipt for damage or defects. Report any issues with photos to your sales representative.
  • Assembled Cabinets: Warranty void if assembled. No coverage for dings, nicks, or paint chips after assembly.

Non-Returnable Items

Assembled cabinets, custom orders, and clearance items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

Product Availability: Exchanges for different models/colors are subject to availability and shipping fees.
